Your orders are carefully checked and packed before we ship them off to you.

All sales are final and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, in the event that a printing/manufacturing defect is discovered, please reach out to us at hello@todsandtales.com within 7 days from the receipt of your item.

Our Returns Policy extends to these conditions: 

• We require photographs of the defective item before proceeding with an exchange

• No refunds will be offered

• Sales/discounted items are not liable for exchanges/returns

• All postal fees will be borne by the customer 

• Items damaged via shipping will not be liable for exchanges

• All exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, store credits equivalent to the amount paid for the defective item will be extended.
